Instructions To Make Guacamole
First, take a well ripe Avocado for a better taste of Guacamole. If you don’t know how to choose a perfectly ripe avocado, visit my blog post on “How to know if Avocado is ripe perfectly.” Now cut the avocado in half, and remove the avocado pit. Now scoop out the creamy avocado flesh into a mixing bowl. And start mashing it until you get the desired consistency. I like my avocados a little chunky consistency; some may like it completely and smoothly mashed.
Once your avocado mash is ready, it’s time to add some flavors. In a bowl, mix all your ingredients well – Lime juice, diced onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic. Taste it if it is to your taste. If not, adjust the ingredients and add some seasoning if required, like pepper. Transfer it to a serving bowl, and garnish with some finely chopped cilantro, squeeze a bit of lime on top. That’s it. Your delicious Guacamole is ready to enjoy the way you like it.
